We outlined goals together and Carrie performed a UX audit and determined she could work with our current website. I liked Carrie’s ideas and her approach of prioritizing the most important updates first.

If I said she knocked it out of the park, that would be an understatement. Now I’m getting leads from our website all the time. When we find the time, Carrie and I have a game plan to start getting into social media. I fully expect her to excel in that area as well!
